Smart Classroom Construction for Jewelry Teaching

  • As a new type of smart learning space, smart classroom is a key medium for the upgrading of higher education and teaching in the new era. This paper explores the origin of smart classrooms and the application status of smart classrooms in domestic higher education institutions, and concludes that the essence of smart classrooms is to use modern information technology, educational technology equipment, excellent teaching theories, and excellent teaching resources to empower traditional classrooms, and therefore inspires new learning methods, new teaching models, new classroom structures, new evaluation models, etc. According to the training objectives and teaching characteristics of jewelry teaching, it is found that the teaching features strong interaction, deep immersion, high presentation and implicit education. Finally, this paper studied the construction plan of the jewelry smart classroom and designed its space layout, display system, audio system, document scanner, jewelry microscope, VR helmet and gloves, and support systems, etc.
