Collection and Reconstruction of Three-Dimensional Data on Rough Diamond

Design marking is the critical step for the process of diamond cutting.The computer-aided design is used for improving the rough diamond yield during the design marking.The projection method is introduced,including image collection and segmentation,edge detecting,3-D reconstruction and so on,which achieve the 3-D reconstruction of shape of rough diamond.It is significant for the computer-aided design to improve rough diamond yield.
