  • The experience of the FGA diploma course introduced from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain to China for 20 years is discussed.The requirements are increasingly strict for the employees in the Chinese jewelry industry after entering into the 21st century,making the students get a great pressure on employment,which requires the colleges and universities to adjust the personnel training models constantly.The dual training mode of the record education adding the vocational education causes Gemmological Institute of China University of Geosciences(Wuhan) sustainable development,and the scale of the institute becomes more and more formidable.
