Study on Reduction of Gem-dropping from Pole Rate during Gem Manufacturing

The phenomena of gem-dropping from pole could usually influence the process of gem manufacturing, which is one of the main influence factors for production efficiency and product quality in Chinese jewelry enterprises.The principle of gem bonded by seal wax glue and the matter of gem-dropping from pole are analysed.The results show that the improvement of the craft technology and materials, or criterion of the operation method could reduce the rate of gems-dropping from pole, which is instructional significance for the gem manufacturing and production.
