Practice and Reflection on the Implementation of "Modern Apprenticeship" Talent Training Mode in Art Colleges: Taking Jewelry Design Major as An Example

Colleges and universities should improve the efficiency of knowledge and skill transmission. The application of "modern apprenticeship" can effectively improve the teaching level and cultivate comprehensive talents with strong professional ability and high moral level for social development. This paper analyzes the strategy of "modern apprenticeship" talent training mode in art colleges. Taking jewelry design major as an example, this paper aims to provide more useful information for the maturity of the talent training mode of "modern apprenticeship".
