Abstract
In a modern society that emphasizes the expression of individuality, exquisiteness, culture and taste, emotional design thinking leads the trend of product design. Under the people-oriented design concept, jewelry design as a medium for the designer's emotional expression has not only meant the creation of material forms, but has also gradually become a carrier of emotions and tastes. This paper first expounds the concept of childlike, then discusses childlike interests and phenomenon. The study mainly uses literature research and case analysis as the main research methods. On the status of domestic and international design research, as well as the verification of the literature, this paper discusses the art form and development prospect of childlike jewelry design, and then introduces the childlike jewelry designed by the authors. The childlike jewelry design explored in this study is for people between 18 to 35 and the design element "paper airplane" is derived from social research. The overall style is mainly based on the simple and fashionable aesthetics of young people. Combined with modern economic development and cultural heritage, it easily resonates with modern jewelry consumers and guides the diversification of jewelry designers' design thinking and develops a broader jewelry market.
