Production and Development of “Hard Metal Paper Cutting”

At present, there are a lot of paper cutting styles in the market, and the preservation effect is slightly bad. In order to enhance the preservation effect of paper cutting products, the author and his team have carried out an innovation on paper cutting products, the development of manufacturing technology and paper cutting process based on the gold, silver, copper and the other metal materials, which has acquired China national practical new type patent in 2016. In this paper, the authors used the experiential summary method, market survey method, comparative method to analyze the current situation, craft processing, curriculum setting, product development of "hard metal paper cutting",and made efforts to enhance the innovation ability of jewelry professional students.Finally, the paper pointed out the existing problems in "hard metal paper cutting" product, and the author proposed the solution about the development of "hard metal paper cutting" product in the futher.
