云南兰坪富锶文石玉石的宝石学特征

Gemmological Study On Sr-rich Aragonite Jade from Lanping, Yunnan Province

摘要: 云南兰坪盆地北段燕子洞铜多金属矿床中所产的富锶文石玉石为浅天蓝色或浅蓝绿色 ,呈皮壳状、肾状或纤维状集合体 ,结构致密 ,玻璃光泽 ,显微硬度高于单晶文石而与异极矿相近 ,且外观与异极矿极为相似。采用 Χ射线粉晶衍射、电子探针、显微硬度等测试技术进行了宝石学特征测试 ,并与异极矿进行了对比。对该区文石作为玉石资源利用的可能性进行了讨论。

Abstract: This mineral is found in Lanping, Yunnan Province. Its appearance is similar to hemimorphite very much. Detailed examinations of X-ray diffraction and EPMA indicate that this mineral is a special kind of aragonite. Its gemmological property and comparison with hemimorphite have also been studied. In addition, the possibility for this aragonite material to be use of jade is discussed.
