3D打印技术在传统工艺表现中的应用研究

Research on Application of 3D Printing Technology in Traditional Craft

  • 摘要: 精湛的传统工艺对制作者技法水平要求甚高,3D打印技术使得运用现代技术实现传统工艺的表现效果成为可能。3D打印技术是近年来被大众关注且在珠宝首饰、工艺品等生产领域具有极大前景的技术。通过对传统工艺与3D打印技术的学习与实践,总结了3D打印技术在工艺、质量、效率等成型方面的优势,并在实验基础上探讨银胎掐丝珐琅、花丝、錾刻、金银错及金镶玉这五种传统工艺与3D打印技术相结合的表现效果。通过不断探索3D打印技术对传统工艺的实现,最终为传统工艺的传承与创新提供可行的途径。

     

    Abstract: The history of Chinese traditional crafts is considerably long and it is deeply honored by people all the time.It is required a rather high level skill to manufacture exquisite crafts.
    Nowadays 3D printing technology makes it possible to realize effect of traditional crafts with modernized technology.3D printing is concerned by people as a technology with great prosperity in field of jewelry and craft producing in recent years.Advantages in quality and efficiency of 3D printing technology were summarized in the paper.The effect of combining modernized 3D printing technology with traditional arts was also discussed such as enamel, filigree,engrave,gold-inlaid-with-jade based on experiments.To realize filigree pattern on silver-padding,the authors remoulded chocolate printing machine of Doctor Hao to make 3D jet printing of silver slurry.Then,the authors tried to print crafts of enamel and the majority of which is in style of flat-wire-nipped.
    With the use of digital modeling software of 3D printing,the authors designed models of filigree and chisel carved crafts.Meanwhile,by means of combining 3D wax spray printing with the method of lost wax casting process,goal of realizing the effect of filigree and engrave arts with 3D printing were achieved.What's more,the ways of combining CNC jade carving with 3D printing were discussed and objects of gold-inlaid-with-jade were realized. Through continuously exploring implement of realizing traditional arts via 3D printing technology,feasible approach to inherit and develop traditional crafts was found.
