Design for Link Structure of Artificial Gemstone Jewelry

摘要: 结合人工宝石首饰与天然高档宝石首饰连接结构的发展现状,从其设计与制作工艺的角度探讨了两者的关系,指出两者的制作工艺与方法基本相同,但人工宝石首饰的制作成本相对其自身价值偏高,导致其制作效益不高。主要从人工宝石与其相应金属底座的连接方式着手,将工业设计中的螺纹结构与铆接结构运用到人工宝石首饰的连接结构设计中,旨在提高人工宝石首饰的制作效益,降低其制作成本。Abstract: With the developing state of link structure of the artificial gemstone jewelry and the natural precious gemstone jewelry,the relationship between the two is discussed from the aspects of the design and manufacturing technique.It is pointed out that the manufacturing technique and methods of the artificial gemstone jewelry are basically the same as that of the natural gemstone jewelry.However,the manufacturing cost of the artificial gemstone jewelry is correspondingly higher than the value of itself,which could result in low benefit.From the link fashion of the artificial gemstone with the metal pedestal,the screw and riveting structures from the industrial design are used to the link structure of the artificial gemstone jewelry,aimed at raising the benefit and reducing the manufacturing cost of the artificial gemstone jewelry.
