Analysis on Source of Measurement Uncertainty of Noble Metal Content

摘要: 目前,我国珠宝检测实验室对贵金属含量无损检测中的测量不确定度的评定及应用尚不成熟。着重分析了采用X射线荧光能谱法测定贵金属含量时测量结果不确定度的主要来源,并探讨了几种因素对不确定度的影响,有利于在实际检测中对其进行合理的评定工作。

Abstract: At present,the assessment and application of measurment uncertainty of noble metal content in nondestructive testing are not perfect in China.The main sources of the measurement uncertainty by XRF are analysed and some factors impacting on the uncertainty are discussed,which is good for developing the measurement uncertainty in the actual work.
