Study on Technology of Blue Dyed Pearl

摘要: 在普通实验室条件下,运用正交实验设计方法,研究珍珠染蓝色技术。详细介绍了染色工艺参数的选择与确定,经过分析和比较数据,得到其最佳的实验方案:溶剂(蒸馏水∶乙醇∶丙酮)比例为6∶3∶1,染料甲基蓝用量为1.0 g/10 ml,表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠用量为0.25 g/10 ml,染色温度为36℃,助渗剂碘化钾用量为1.0 g/10 ml。Abstract: The technology of blue dyed pearl is studied by orthogonal methods in the laboratory conditions.The dyeing parameters and process are illustrated in detail.The results show that the best experimental scheme of the blue dyed pearl is with solvent ratio(distilled water∶ethanol∶acetone) of 6∶3∶1,dye(methyl blue) consumption of 1.0 g/10 ml,surface active solvent [CH3(CH2)11SO4Na≥59%] consumption of 0.25 g/10 ml,dyeing temperature of 36 ℃ and assistant seepage solvent(KI≥98.5%) consumption of 1.0 g/10 ml.
