Interactive Relation between Jewelry Design Thought and Hands-on Experience

摘要: 通过对中国当代首饰设计现状及其存在的问题的分析 ,结合中国目前艺术设计教育中存在的只重视理论教学而忽略学生动手能力培养的问题 ,讨论了制作工艺实践对首饰设计思维的广度、深度、精确度和模糊度等方面训练的有益启示 ,阐明了动手实践有助于训练设计思维的观点。Abstract: The present situation and problems of the jewelry design in China are analyzed then the similar problems in the art design education, which conventionally much more emphasis was put on the theories but students practical capacity training was perhaps partly neglected, are researched. Furthermore, the positive influence of hands-on experience on ideas in jewelry design in terms of extent, depth, accuracy and fuzziness is discussed, thus in the end the conclusion is fully supported that practice in jewelry design thoughts are and will be greatly benefit from hands-on experience.
