Brief Analysis on Application of Wiry Enamel Craft in Jewelry Manufacturing

摘要: 通过将掐丝珐琅工艺引入首饰制作中,初步总结了掐丝珐琅与景泰蓝在制作工艺上的异同,提出在制作掐丝珐琅首饰时,要从金属胎体、釉料选择、纹样设计等方面考虑,在满足珐琅工艺要求的同时,更要符合首饰制作的标准。掐丝珐琅工艺在首饰制作中的应用不仅能发扬中国传统的景泰蓝工艺,更能丰富中国的首饰品种,增强我国首饰的市场竞争力。

Abstract: The wiry enamel craft is introduced into the jewelry manufacturing,and the similarities and differences between the wiry enamel craft and the cloisonne enamel craft are primarily analysed.The manufacture of wiry enamel jewelry should achieve the need of the enamel craft,and some aspects such as the metal body,the selection of glaze,the design of jewelry and so on should be considered for the standard of jewelry manufacturing.The application of the wiry enamel craft in jewelry manufacturing could not only develop the Chinese traditional cloisonne enamel craft,but also enrich the sorts of the jewelry in order to enhance the market competition of jewelry.
