Creative Thinking and Jewelry Design

摘要: 创意思维是珠宝首饰设计的核心与灵魂。通过阐述创意思维及珠宝首饰设计的定义和内涵，分析并总结了创意思维与珠宝首饰设计的相互关系。现代珠宝首饰设计更多的是设计师们一种能动性的创意思维过程，不仅体现在珠宝首饰的文化内涵、情感表达、造型、色彩等方面，也体现在对新材料的选择运用、对传统工艺技术的突破运用及技术的创新应用上。最后，通过创意思维与珠宝首饰设计相结合设计了两款首饰，为从事首饰设计的人士提供参考，为创造出“求新、求异、求变”的具有生命力的珠宝首饰设计作品提供范例。Abstract: Creative thinking is the core and soul in jewelry design. This paper first describes the definition and meaning of creative thinking and jewelry design, and then analyzes their associated relationships and aspects. The author considers modern jewelry design is the desiger’s dynamic creative thinking process, which not only reflecting in the cultural connotation, emotional expression, shape, colour, etc, but also reflecting in the choice of new materials, traditional technology breakthrough and innovation. Lastly, the author designs two pieces of works from the associated relationships of the creative thinking and jewelry design, which has a certain significance for fellow jewelry designers. The two pieces of works of the author provide an example to create a “novelty, difference, change” jewelry design works with vitality.
