New Progress on Jewelry Manufacturing Techniques

  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的进步,越来越先进的技术、工艺、设备、材料等引入到首饰制作行业中,首饰制作工艺技术得到了极大的发展。介绍了首饰熔模铸造技术中的设备和铸造材料、快速成形技术在首饰原版制作中的应用、以蜡镶铸造技术和微镶技术为代表的镶嵌技术、首饰表面处理技术和首饰电铸成形技术的最新进展,提出未来首饰制作工艺技术的发展趋势是冲压工艺和粉末冶金技术在首饰制作领域中的广泛应用。
    Abstract: Along with the progress of science and technology,the increasingly advanced techniques,crafts,equipments and materials are introduced to jewelry manufacturing industry.The jewelry manufacturing techniques have gotten a rapid development.The new progress in the equipments and casting materials on jewelry investment casting,the rapid prototyping applied to jewelry original model making,representative setting techniques such as wax setting and casting and microscopic setting,surface treated techniques and electroforming techniques of jewelry are introduced.Finally,the future development tide on jewelry manufacturing techniques is put forward,and the stamping and powder metallurgy techniques will be widely applied to jewelry manufacturing.
