Principle and Application of Direct Transmission Technique

摘要: 红外光谱仪已广泛地应用于宝石研究与鉴定,其中直接透射技术使用最广泛。通过介绍郎勃特-比尔定律,分析了采用直接透射技术测试宝石红外光谱的影响因素,对测试方法的选择、光谱的分析有指导意义。Abstract: The infrared spectroscope has been widely used in gem research and identification. The direct transmission technique is the most common method in measuring infrared spectrum of gemstone. The Lambert-Beer Law is introduced and the factors affecting the infrared spectrum are analyzed. It is important to comprehend this theory for selecting measurement methods and explaining the spectra.
