贵金属3D打印技术在首饰加工中的应用研究——无焊中空结构与无焊一体成型链状结构的工艺验证

Application of Precious Metal 3D Printing Technology in Jewelry Processing: Technology-Process Verification of Solder-Free Hollow Structure and Solder-Free Integrated Chain-Like Structure

  • 摘要: 近年来,贵金属3D打印技术逐步进入珠宝首饰加工领域,为这一传统行业带来了变革契机。然而,如何高效应用该技术以赋能产业升级与创新发展,仍是当前亟需解决的重要课题。因此,探索并形成一套切实可行的生产技术方案,以充分发挥该技术的应用潜力,已成为行业的迫切需求。本研究基于EOS Precious M080型贵金属3D打印机,系统探讨了首饰轻量化三维建模、支撑体结构设计、工艺参数设定、残留贵金属粉末回收及后处理等关键技术环节。以925银粉末为成型材料,验证了无焊中空首饰结构与无焊一体成型链状结构的工艺可行性,并确立了两个相应的技术方案。最后,对贵金属3D打印技术的未来发展趋势及其面临的挑战进行了讨论与展望。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, precious metal 3D printing technology has gradually been adopted into the jewelry manufacturing industry, offering unprecedented opportunities for transforming this traditional sector. However, effectively leveraging this technology to facilitate industrial upgrading and foster innovation while simultaneously developing feasible production solutions to maximize its potential has become a critical challenge. This study employs the EOS Precious M080 precious metal 3D printer to systematically investigate key technical aspects, including "lightweight" 3D modeling, support structure design, optimization of process parameters, recycling of residual precious metal powders, and post-processing techniques. Using 925 silver powder as the material, the feasibility of two types of structures — "solder-free hollow jewelry structures" and "solder-free integrally formed chain-like structures" — along with their corresponding process routes, were verified.Two practical technical approaches have been established accordingly. Finally, the future development prospects and associated challenges of precious metal 3D printing technology were discussed.
