数字化背景下“理实虚一体化”的宝石专业课程实践与思考——以上海建桥学院《观赏石》课程为例

Practice and Reflection on the Theory-Practice- Virtual Simulation Teaching Model in Gemmology and Materials Technology Course in the Context of Digitalization: Taking the "Ornamental Stone" Course of Shanghai Jian Qiao University as an Example

  • 摘要: 宝石及材料工艺学专业是以矿物学、矿床学和岩石学为基础,并与工艺美学、经济学、材料学等学科互相渗透发展起来的一个综合性学科,具有独特性。与之对应的珠宝行业的发展需要更多的应用型人才,这对该专业人才培养提出了新要求,而随着信息技术的发展,传统教学模式的教学效果有限,如何有效利用数字化技术达到专业培养目标成为当前教学改革的重要课题。本文以上海建桥学院宝石及材料工艺学专业《观赏石》课程建设为例,探讨专业课程教学难题,通过OBE理念下的“理实虚一体化”教学模式提高理实并重课程的教学质量,同时也为重点本科课程的建设提供创新性探索与实践案例。

     

    Abstract: The Gemmology and Materials Technology program is an interdisciplinary field grounded in mineralogy, mineral deposits and petrology, integrating elements of aesthetics, economics, materials and other disciplines. Its unique nature, coupled with the growing demand for application-oriented talents in the corresponding jewelry industry, has imposed new requirements on talent cultivation in this field. However, with the advancement of information technology, traditional teaching modes show limited effect. Therefore, effectively leveraging digital technologies to achieve professional training objectives has become a critical issue in current educational reform. This paper takes the development of "Ornamental Stone" courses in the Gemmology and Materials Technology program at Shanghai Jian Qiao University as a study case, implementing the "theory-practice-virtual simulation" teaching model under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept and aims to explore the solutions to teaching challenges in specialized courses, enhance the quality of the courses that balance theory and practice, and provide innovative exploration and practical examples for the construction of key undergraduate courses.
