基于Stable Diffusion生成式人工智能在含非物质文化遗产相关元素的首饰设计中的应用探究——以扎染为例

Application of Stable Diffusion Based Generative Artificial Intelligence in Jewelry Design with Intangible Cultural Heritage Element: A Case Study of Tie-Dye

  • 摘要: 基于Stable Diffusion的生成式人工智能(AIGC)技术在非物质文化遗产(非遗)相关元素融入现代首饰设计中的运用,本研究分析了云南大理白族扎染桌布的纹样类型、构成元素和图案构图方式,从结果中提取核心设计关键词,构建针对性训练数据集,完成模型的预训练与参数优化,进行了首饰设计图片生成实验。结果表明,AIGC技术能够快速生成大量的一定程度上保留扎染图案构成元素和风格的首饰设计图,实验对进一步在首饰设计中运用AIGC技术开发非遗元素提供了有益的思路。

     

    Abstract: This study aims to explore the application of generative artificial intelligence (AIGC) technology based on Stable Diffusion in integrating intangible cultural heritage elements into modern jewelry design. By analyzing the pattern types, constituent elements, and pattern composition methods of Bai ethnic tie-dye tablecloths in Dali, Yunnan Province, the core design keywords are extracted, a targeted training dataset is constructed, and the pre-training and parameter optimization of the model are completed from the results, followed by the implementation of a jewelry image generation experiment. The experimental results showed that AIGC technology can quickly generate a large number of jewelry design drawings that retain the constituent elements and style of tie-dye patterns to a certain extent. This study provided valuable insights for the further utilization of AIGC in developing intangible cultural heritage elements in jewelry design.
