Journal of Gems & Gemmology was founded in 1999. It is a bimonthly academic journal approved by the ministry of science and technology of the People's Republic of China, published by the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and supported by the Gemmological Institute of China（GIC）. Journal of Gems & Gemmology is an unique academic journal concentrates specifically on gems and gemology in China and it is quite popular in gem scholars, practitioners and fans. Journal of Gems & Gemmology, continuing twenty years publication, reports the latest gem technology, resource and hot spot bimonthly, combining jewelry market development home and abroad.
