  • The mineral compositions,textures and structures,genesis and geological features of the nephrite samples from Liyang County of Jiangsu Province are tested and studied in depth and in detail by using electron microprobe,XRD and infrared spectrum in this paper.The comparision is made between the nephrite samples from Liyang and the samples from Xinjiang.The results show that the samples from Liyang are composed mainly of tremolite with similar texture and structure,and there are some differents between the nephrite from Liyang and that from Xinjiang.
