  • This paper discusses texture characteristics of Hetian Jade in Xinjiang. Based on the forming patterns of tremolite mineral, the texture types of Hetian Jade are suggested. And also it discusses the relationship between the texture types and their source rocks. The achievement of study provides scientific basis for the genesis of Hetian Jade. Meanwhile, there are the important points in reality for development and use of the Hetian Jade.
