EDUCATION OF LEARNING COMBINED WITH PRODUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF GEMMOLOGY DISCIPLINE

Based on the education of learning combined with production,the gemmology discipline has been founded and many achievements have been obtained in Tongji University.According to the practice,it is concluded that the education of learning combined with production is an advisable way to found new discipline and develop it.The successful education of learning combined with production could notonly raise the teacher’s professional competence and promote research and the transformation of research results but also strengthen the student’s quality.
