  • Since nineties, the jewelry industry has entered a new development stage. A great progress has been made in all aspects, such as gem resources prospecting, gems testing, synthetic gems, gems technique of enhancement and treatment, industry economics and jewelry education, etc., This paper is divided into four parts, the gem resources prospecting, scientific research, industry economics and jewelry education, to deal with the general development situation on jewelry industry in the recent decade in China.
