  • The legal protection of jewelry design is becoming highly concerned by the jewelry circle. In this paper, the nature and functions of jewelry design are discussed from the intellectual property and the laws which can be used suitably in the legal protection of jewelry design. It is reasonable and possible to protect the works of jewelry design with copyright law.
