  • Rapid Prototyping(RP) is an advanced manufacture technology.In the paper the principles and methods of RP and the application in jewelry manufacturing are introduced.The problems are analysed with the practical operational process of RP and the research direction is put forward.The RP will be widely applied to jewelry manufacturing and bring the new breakthrough on the traditional jewelry fabrication by further studying and improving RP technique.
