  • The up-to-the minute research results on synthetic moissanite are sum merized. The charac-teristics and identification of synthetic moissanite are sumed up systimatically. On the basis of the discussion on the relationship between thermal conductivity and thermal inertia, it can be concluded that thermal inertia instruments improved in precision still will be an important tool for identifying diamond and its stimulants. Then it introduces some special ins truments and a few easy ways to test diamond parcels in which some synthetic moissanites mixed.
