  • In present, China has quickly developed in jewelry trade. By researching jewelry market for a long time, one can find out that some kinds of human resources management are present in jewelry companies in China. The human resource management of the family-owned enterprise has been execute. The human resource management of the family-owned enterprise and other human resources management in our jewelry trade are studied in the paper. Advantages and disadvantages of the human resources management carried out in the present are analysed, and the countermeasures are put forward.
