  • The technology of blue dyed pearl is studied by orthogonal methods in the laboratory conditions.The dyeing parameters and process are illustrated in detail.The results show that the best experimental scheme of the blue dyed pearl is with solvent ratio(distilled water∶ethanol∶acetone) of 6∶3∶1,dye(methyl blue) consumption of 1.0 g/10 ml,surface active solvent [CH3(CH2)11SO4Na≥59%] consumption of 0.25 g/10 ml,dyeing temperature of 36 ℃ and assistant seepage solvent(KI≥98.5%) consumption of 1.0 g/10 ml.
