  • A brief introduction on the fundamental theory of fractal geometry and the principle of the modern jewelry design is given in the paper. The idea of applying the self-analogous fractal unit as a component element to jewelry design is proposed. The daring analysis and envisaging in combinating fractal software with computer-aided jewelry design are made. The primary exploration in application of fractal geometry to the common jewelry is proposed.
