仿红宝石玻璃制备与天然红宝石充填

Imitation of Ruby Glass and Filling in Natural Ruby

摘要: 通过在实验中调整配方的剂量和热处理温度,得到与红宝石的折射率和颜色相近的玻璃。实验表明,其折射率随Pb质量分数的增加而加大,Pb的质量分数对玻璃的软化温度和流动性有明显的影响。运用Pb质量分数为30%的玻璃进行了天然红宝石充填实验,结果表明,高Pb玻璃充填处理红宝石样品中的裂隙降低,颜色有一定程度的提高和改善。

Abstract: The glass with colour and refrective index resemblance to ruby is obtained by adjusting the proportion of formula and heat-treatment temperature in the experiments.The results show that the refrective index increases with the content of Pb.The content of Pb has the obvious effect on t_g and liquidity of glass.The filling experiments on the natural ruby samples by glass containing 30% Pb show that the fissures decrease and the colour and quality are improved in the treated samples.
