Abstract:
A competence of jewelry salesperson is investigated in the market research through Behavioral Event Interview(BEI) and questionnairs.The content of the competence of jewelry salesperson is analysed,concluded and summed up on the basis of the investigation,and the structure of the model is studied,establishing the competence structure model for jewelry salesperson.The model is composed of six dimensions,namely comity,attitude,skill,knowledge,elasticity and tactics,forming the CASKET Model.This model would provide some references for the jewelry enterprises in recruiting,training and checking up the salesperson.As well it would help the jewelry salesperson create the good performances and provide a basis for self-perfection.
