银合金抗变色试验及其评价方法述评

Commentary on Anti-Tarnishing Experiment and Evaluation Method of Silver Alloy

  • 摘要: 银合金的特点是容易发生硫化变色,通过抗变色试验可以确定合金的抗变色性能。目前,有室外试验法和实验室试验法两种抗变色试验方法。室外试验法可以更真实地反映合金在某种环境下的抗变色性能,但试验时间长,结果的重现性较低。实验室试验法分为液相试验法和气相试验法。液相试验法有Na2S、人工汗液、盐水等溶液浸泡法;气相试验法有H2S,SO2以及混合气体试验法。常用的评价合金材料抗变色性能的方法主要有肉眼观察法、称重法、腐蚀膜显微分析法和分光光度计法。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: It is well known that silver alloy is prone to tarnish. The anti-tarnishing experiments can be taken to confirm a certain alloy's anti-tarnishing capability. There are two kinds of experiment methods, which are outdoors and laboratory experiments. Though the outdoors experiment could more really reflect alloy's anti-tarnishing capability under the certain environment, it need a long experimental time and has the lower reproducibility of the results. The laboratory experiment could be divided into two types, which are liquid experiment and gas experiment. The former includes the methods that the materials are soaped into corrosive solution like Na2S solution, artificial sweat and salt water, etc, and the later includes H2S experiment, SO2 experiment and mixed atmosphere experiment. The common methods to evaluate alloy's anti-tarnishing capability include mainly naked eye observation, weighing weight, microcosmic analysis of corrosion film and spectrophotometer.
