Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty in Determination of Silver by Volhard Method

摘要: 对采用伏尔哈特法测定银首饰中Ag质量分数的不确定度进行了评定。以某925银首饰为例,分析了影响该方法测定Ag质量分数不确定度的来源,对每个不确定度分量进行了量化,并应用Excel程序给出了扩展不确定度以及最终结果:wAg=(92.55±0.24)%,k=2,为有效地使用该方法测定银饰品中Ag的质量分数提供可靠的理论依据。Abstract: The measurement uncertainties of silver content in silver jewelry are evaluated by Volhard method in this paper.Taking a piece of 925-silver jewelry for example,the resources of the measurement uncertainties are analysed,which affect the measurement uncertainties of silver content by Volhard method,and each quantity of the measurement uncertainties is quantized.In the evaluation process,the expanded uncertainties are gotton with the Excel program.The result is expressed as followed:wAg=(92.55±0.24)%,k=2.It provides the credible theoretical basis for the quality controlling of silver jewelry by Volhard method.
