X射线荧光能谱仪的校准方法

Calibration Method of X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 从贵金属珠宝检测实验室面临的校准现状出发, 提出实验室在对X射线荧光能谱仪实施自校准时应主要考虑其分辨率、稳定性和准确性等技术指标, 并提供了计算方法。通过计算分析得出, 能谱仪能满足贵金属检测需要的最低分辨率 (为250 eV);为了保证测试结果的可信度, 其稳定性指标不宜超过5‰。该方法可为珠宝检测单位建立相应的校准规程及购买验收能谱仪时提供相关的指导, 具有一定的实际意义。

     

    Abstract: According to the calibration actuality, the main technical index and calculating methods, such as resolution, stability and accuracy, are discussed for the self-calibration of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) in the precious metal and gem laboratory.The calculating results show that the lowest resolution of XRF is 250 eV and the stability index is better under 5‰ for the test of precious metal.The calibration methods could be the guidance to establish the calibration regulations and check and accept the XRF for jewelry testing organizations.
