Abstract: The gemmological property, the potential ability of market exploiting and formation of natural tektite are described in the paper. It is analyzed that the great brittleness is caused by the strong inner-stress. Based on the series of the experimental results and the analysis of technological property of the enhanced tektite, the authors draw the conclusion that the brittleness of natural tektite is decreased obviously after enhancement, and testified the hypothesis that releasing the strong inner-stress can enhance natural tektite. In addition, by adopting new technology and new designing ideas, many series of tektite jewellery in different styles has been developed.
