云南祖母绿的呈色机理初探

Study on Colouration Mechanism of Emerald from Yunnan Province

摘要: 通过测定化学成分和可见吸收光谱,对云南祖母绿的呈色机理进行了探讨。提出云南祖母绿的颜色是V³⁺,Cr³⁺,Fe³⁺共同作用的结果。高V³⁺和Fe³⁺含量是云南祖母绿的颜色以绿色、黄绿色为主的主要原因。

Abstract: The colouration mechanism of emerald from Yunnan Province is studied by analyzing chemical compositions and absorption spectroscopy. It is considered that the colour of emerald from Yunnan Province is produced by V³⁺, Cr³⁺ and Fe³⁺. Its green or yellowish-green is related to the high content of V³⁺ and Fe³⁺.
