X荧光能谱技术应用于珠宝首饰检测的原理和方法

PRINCIPLES AND METHODS OF EDXRF APPLICATED TO IDENTIFICATION OF GEMS AND JEWELRY

  • 摘要: X荧光能谱仪是一种无损检测仪器,特别适用于珠宝首饰的鉴定检测。从测金仪到大型X荧光能谱仪,所有不同档次X荧光能谱仪的工作原理是相同的,主要包括X荧光激发源、X荧光探测器、样品室、信号处理与数据计算4个系统。通过对X荧光能谱技术原理的解释、不同性能X荧光能谱仪的介绍,试图说明X荧光能谱技术如何开发应用于珠宝首饰的鉴定检测,并给出了具体实例。

     

    Abstract: EDXEF, as a non destructive testing tool, is especially applicable to the identification of gems and jewelry. All the different types of EDXRF, from the simplest gold analyzer to the large scale EDXRF, run on the same principles and are consisted of X ray excited source, detector, sample chamber and signal and data processing systems. The technique principles of EDXRF are explained and a few types of instruments are introduced in this paper. How to develop and use EDXRF for identification of gems and jewelry is explained, and some application examples are given.
