珠宝首饰产业升级下的高技能人才培养策略——以深圳市博伦职业技术学校珠宝类专业为例

Strategies for Cultivating Highly Skilled Talents under the Upgrading of the Jewelry Industry——Taking the Jewelry Major of Shenzhen Bolun Vocational and Technical School as an Example

  • 摘要: 随着珠宝首饰产业朝着智能化、数字化、网络化的方向升级,对高技能人才需求越发强烈,同时也对高技能人才提出了更高的要求。深圳市博伦职业技术学校主动锚定珠宝首饰产业转型升级对高技能人才的需求,面向珠宝首饰全产业链,通过组建首饰设计与制作专业群、政行企校搭建珠宝协同育人平台、实践“三级循环式技训”模式、锻造高质量“双师四型四能”教师队伍等策略,形成人才培养的“博伦珠宝模式”,为粤港澳大湾区珠宝首饰产业的升级和高质量发展提供了有力的人才支撑。

     

    Abstract: With the upgrading of the jewelry industry towards intelligence, digitization, and networking, the demand for highly skilled talents is becoming increasingly strong, and higher requirements are also being put forward for them. Shenzhen Bolun Vocational and Technical School has taken the initiative to anchor the demand for highly skilled talents for the transformation and upgrading of the jewelry industry. Facing the whole jewelry industry chain, by establishing a jewelry design and production professional group, government, administration, enterprises and schools build a jewelry collaborative education platform. They are practicing the "three-level circular technical training" model and forging high-quality "double teachers, four types, and four abilities" teacher teams, the "Bolun Jewelry Model" for talent cultivation has been formed, providing strong talent support for the upgrading and high-quality development of the jewelry industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
