榫卯结构在3D打印首饰中的设计应用研究

Design Application of Mortise and Tenon Structure in 3D Printed Jewelry

  • 摘要: 榫卯结构作为传统结构工艺可与首饰结构结合,实现首饰可替换、多式样的佩戴,在首饰设计中有着一定的应用价值。笔者通过3D打印技术实现小体量、高精度结构的制造技术,探究了榫卯结构在3D打印首饰中的设计应用,分析了榫卯结构和3D打印技术的基本情况,榫卯结构与首饰设计、3D打印技术的转化关系,榫卯结构3D打印技术在首饰设计中的适用性,最终通过3D打印技术获得了可替换榫卯首饰的创新设计方案和实际应用。最后总结了榫卯结构在首饰结构中的转化方式、结构、材料、尺寸等方面的设计重点,对榫卯结构在3D打印首饰设计的应用有一定的借鉴意义,并为其首饰设计的结构创新、材料置换提供思考。

     

    Abstract: Mortise and tenon structure as a traditional structural technology can be combined with the structure of jewelry, thus jewelry can be wore multi-ways. Therefore, mortise and tenon structure has a certain application value in jewelry design. In this paper, the authors achieved a small volume, high-precision structure printing based on 3D printing technology and explored the design and application of mortise and tenon structure in 3D printing jewelry. This paper also analyzed the basic situation of mortise and tenon structure and 3D printing technology, the transformation relationship among mortise and tenon structure, jewelry design and 3D printing technology, and the applicability of mortise and tenon structure and 3D printing technology in jewelry design. Through 3D printing technology, the authors obtained an innovative application design scheme of replaceable mortise and tenon structure jewelry. This paper summarized the transformation mode of mortise and tenon structure in jewelry structure and the design focus of the structure, material, size etc. which has certain reference significance for the application of mortise and tenon structure in 3D printed jewelry design, and provides thinking for the structural innovation and material replacement of jewelry design.
