基于三维荧光光谱和电子鼻的沉香及其仿制品鉴别初探

Identification of Agarwood and Agarwood Imitations by Three-Dimensional Fluorescence Spectra and Electronic Nose

  • 摘要: 沉香是一种自然形成的树脂与植物木质的结合体,因其具有独特的香味和温润的外观,常被制作成手串或雕件等首饰工艺品。沉香产量稀少,价格昂贵,市场上充斥着用香精浸泡木材制成的仿制品,其外观及气味与沉香相似,难以区分。对市面上收集的国内外各产区14批(45件块状物)天然沉香与9批(6件串珠和3件块状物)沉香仿制品,进行了三维荧光光谱测试,并对其中14批天然沉香与4批沉香仿制品进行了电子鼻测试分析。测试结果表明:天然沉香具有相同的特征三维荧光光谱,有一个鼓包形荧光峰,荧光区域均在λEm=390~600 nm/λEx=300~500 nm,峰强最强处均在λEm=470 nm,λEx=385 nm附近。根据荧光特征,沉香仿制品可以分为三类:第一类仿制品测试范围内无特征荧光;第二类存在多个荧光峰,即除最强峰λEm=470,λEx=400 nm外,存在其他位置的荧光峰;第三类与沉香具有近似荧光,有一个荧光峰,荧光区域均在λEm=380~600 nm/λEx=300~550 nm,峰强最强处在λEm=470,λEx=400 nm处附近。对样品进行电子鼻测试,数据使用SPSS进行Fisher判别分析(FDA)可以较准确地区分真伪。使用三维荧光特征识别具有第一、二类荧光的沉香仿制品,使用电子鼻识别具有第三类荧光的仿制品,可快速辨别沉香的真伪。

     

    Abstract: Agarwood is a natural combination of resin and plant wood. Since its unique fragrance and gentle-feeling appearance, it is often made into jewelry crafts such as bracelets or carvings. The production of agarwood is scarce and the price is high.The market is flooded with imitations of agarwood made from wood soaked in the essence, whose appearance and smell are hardly distinguishable from natural agarwood. Therefore, it is very important to identify the natural and imitated agarwood. The components and contents of organic matter in the oil of agarwood and its imitations are different, so they have different fluorescence characteristics.In this paper, 14 batches (45 pieces) of natural agarwood and 9 batches (6 bead bracelets and 3 pieces) of agarwood imitations were collected from domestic and foreign markets, and their three-dimensional fluorescence spectra were measured, and 14 batches of natural agarwood and 4 batches of agarwood imitation products were analyzed by electronic nose test. The results showed that natural agarwood had the same three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum characteristics, with a drum shaped fluorescence peak, and the fluorescence peak areas were in the same region λEm=390-600 nm/ λEx = 300-500 nm, the strongest area was near λEm=470 nm, λ Ex = 385 nm.According to the characteristics of fluorescence, the agarwood imitation can be divided into three types: the first type of imitation had no characteristic fluorescence; The second type had multiple fluorescence peaks, except the strongest peak λEm=470, λEx=400 nm, there were other fluorescence peaks; The third type had a similar fluorescence with agarwood, with a fluorescence peak, and the peak area was in the range of λEm=380-600 nm/ λEx = 300-550 nm, the strongest area was near λ Em=470 nm, λ Ex = 400 nm. Electronic nose test data was analyzed by SPSS for Fisher discriminant analysis(FDA), it could accurately distinguish between natural and imitated agarwood. Using 3D fluorescence features to identify the first and second types fluorescent imitations, and using electronic nose to identify the third type fluorescent imitation, can quickly identify the authenticity of agarwood.
