西南地区宝玉石职业教育对口支援工作机制研究

Research on the Working Mechanism of Counterpart Support for Gemmological Vocational Education in Southwest China

  • 摘要: 中国地质大学(武汉)认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于扶贫工作的重要论述,按照教育部党组关于脱贫攻坚的有关文件要求和工作部署,通过有效整合学校教育资源,发挥学科专业优势,对口支援多个大学的教学管理工作,其中包括从无到有帮扶建立云南滇西应用技术大学珠宝学院,为以西南地区为主的院校的人才培养、专业建设和发展做出了不可或缺的突出贡献。针对此前职业教育对口支援中存在的各种现实问题,本文在综合详细梳理前人关于高校对口支援、职业教育对口支援研究的基础上,对于较为缺乏的西南地区宝玉石职业教育对口支援方面的研究,提出六条未来在宝玉石职业教育对口帮扶方面的思路、政策研究的拓展方向等。

     

    Abstract: China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) has conscientiously implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important commands on poverty alleviation, in accordance with the relevant document requirements and work arrangements by the Party organization of the Ministry of Education on poverty alleviation. The university has effectively integrated school education resources and leveraged its academic and professional advantages to support the teaching and management of many other universities. This includes helping establish the Jewelry College of West Yunnan University of Applied Sciences from scratch, which has made an indispensable and outstanding contribution to the talent training, professional construction and development of colleges and universities mainly located in the southwest region.In view of the various practical problems existing in the previous vocational education counterpart support, this paper comprehensively sorts out the previous researches on the counterpart support of universities and vocational education, studies the counterpart support of gemmological vocational education in southwest China, which is relatively limited, and proposes six ways of thinking in the aspect of counterpart support research, and the expansion directions of policy research for counterpart support in gemstone vocational education in the future.
