滇西民族地区宝玉石职业教育面临的现实问题及高质量发展路径构建

The Practical Problems of Gemmology Vocational Education and the Construction of High-Quality Development Path in Ethnic Areas of Western Yunnan

  • 摘要: 滇西民族地区宝玉石职业教育的发展对滇西宝玉石产业经济发展具有重要的推动作用。通过对滇西民族地区进行实地调研,发现虽然在国家大力支持职业教育的大背景下,滇西宝玉石职业教育取得了一定的发展,但仍面临很多亟待解决的问题, 如教育从业人员的工作满意度还有很大提升空间、学生学习动力与兴趣需要进一步引导和激发、学生就业信心需要进一步加强、教学的硬件设施需进一步完善且利用效率有待提高。基于此,利用调研到的数据仔细分析了产生这些问题的具体原因,并提出了相应的对策建议:提高机制体制与师资队伍建设标准协调性; 建立具有滇西宝玉石职业教育特色的学习激励机制; 将职业生涯规划教育贯穿宝玉石教育全过程; 贯彻落实“1+X”证书制度; 校企深度合作提升院校自主创收能力。

     

    Abstract: The development of gemmology vocational education in the ethnic areas of western Yunnan plays an important role in promoting the economic development of gems and jade industries in western Yunnan.A field investigation was conducted in the ethnic areas in western Yunnan and the result found that although the vocational education in western Yunnan has made certain progress under the background of China's strong support for vocational education, it still faces many urgent problems. For example, there is still much room for improvement in the job satisfaction of educational practitioners.Simultaneously, students' motivation and interest in learning need to be further guided and stimulated, and students' confidence in employment needs to be further strengthened. In addition, the hardware facilities for teaching need to be further improved and the utilization efficiency needs to be improved. Based on this, the research team carefully analyzed the specific reasons for these problems with the data collected through investigation, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: improving the coordination of mechanism and faculty construction standards; establishing a learning incentive mechanism with the characteristics of gemmology vocational education in western Yunnan; putting career planning education throughout the whole education process; implementing the "1+X" certificate system; conducting in-depth school-enterprise cooperation to enhance the independent income generation ability of colleges.
