珠宝首饰的大规模个性化设计研究

Research on Mass Personalization Design of Jewelry

  • 摘要: 目前珠宝首饰业仍属于传统制造业,发展遇到瓶颈。在多个行业实践成功的大规模个性化模式是传统制造业转型的一种趋势,然而其设计生产过程较为复杂,需要结合行业自身的特点进行调整。本文针对珠宝首饰行业的特点,结合了大规模个性化的概念,提出了基于客户直联的珠宝首饰业大规模个性化系统解决方案; 着重分析了该模式中重要的设计环节,通过个性化需求要素、模块化设计、客户参与主导的设计、个性化设计的关键技术的论述,来推进该模式在珠宝首饰业中的实际应用;探讨了珠宝行业下的大规模个性化设计,进一步说明该模式对于客户个性化诉求强烈的珠宝首饰来说是一种适宜的设计生产模式,对于该模式在珠宝首饰行业的实际应用有一定的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: Jewelry industry is currently still a traditional manufacturing industry, and its development has encountered a bottleneck. Mass personalization, which has been successfully practiced in many industries, is a trend in the transformation of the traditional manufacturing industries. However, the design and production process of it is complicated, which needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the industry.Therefore, according to the characteristics of jewelry industry, this paper combines the concept of mass personalization, and proposes the mass personalization system solution for jewelry industry based on customer to business. It focuses on the analysis of the important parts in this design model, and advances the practical application of this model in the jewelry industry through the discussion of personalized demand elements, modular design, customer-driven design, and the key technologies of personalized design. It also discusses the mass personalization design in jewelry industry, and further illustrates that this model is a suitable design and production mode for jewelry with strong personalized demands of customers, which has certain reference value for the practical application of this model in jewelry industry.
