基于虚拟仿真实验平台的《宝石琢型设计与加工工艺学》课程的新型教学模式探讨

  • 摘要: 针对传统宝石琢型课程实验教学手段中替代宝石材料的局限性,结合虚拟仿真实验平台的优势,对《宝石琢型设计与加工工艺学》课程进行了新的教学模式探讨。基于虚拟仿真实验平台的新型教学模式方案,在降低购置材料成本的前提下,模拟天然宝石设计及加工流程,建立宝石原石标本库、琢型设计数据库、宝石设计资料库,并加入多元化的实验教学评估,对各类宝石的实际加工效果提供有效的支撑,减少教学与市场实际工艺的差距,虚拟仿真平台可以作为基础理论知识讲授的补充,与传统的切磨加工教学相辅相成,有效地提升学生的学习热情和自主学习能力,激发探索精神和创造力,提升教学效果, 改善传统课程教学与市场需求不适应的现象,提高学生的从业适应性。

     

    Abstract: For the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching methods of Gem Cutting Design and Processing Technology course, this article combines the advantages of the virtual simulation experiment platform to explore a new teaching model for this course.By simulating the design and processing part of real natural gemstones, establishing the original gemstone specimen database, cutting design database, gem design database, and adding the diversified experimental teaching evaluation, students can experience various problems that may be encountered in gem cutting design. Under the premise of reducing costs, this teaching model provides effective support for the actual processing of various gemstones, closes the gap between teaching and actual gemstone processing technology in the market, arouses the situation that the traditional curriculum teaching is not in line with the real market demand, improves the students' adaptability to the real market, arouses the students' enthusiasm for learning and independent learning ability, and stimulates the spirit of exploration and creativity.
