  • 摘要: 以3D打印工艺与传统首饰制作工艺为研究对象,分析两者在制造工艺上的优劣。通过对生产成本、生产周期、结构工艺、精度准确度、定制复杂度、表面粗糙度等6个方面的比较展开研究;提出3D打印技术具有节约设计制造成本、提高效率、增加结构复杂度,提高定制成功率等优势,传统首饰制作工艺具有批量生产易、工艺装饰美等特点。珠宝饰品加工企业可根据市场需要,择优选择合适的制作工艺进行生产。

     

    Abstract: Taking the 3D printing technology and the traditional jewelry crafting process as the research object, the advantages and disadvantages of the two jewelry manufacturing methods are analyzed. Through the comparison of production cost, production cycle, structural process, precision accuracy, custom complexity, surface roughness, etc., the 3D printing technology is proposed to make the design and the manufacturing process of jewelry more cost-effective, improve the efficiency, increase the complexity of the structure, and enhance the success rate of customization. The traditional jewelry crafting process has the characteristics of mass production and beautiful decoration. Jewelry manufacturers can select the appropriate production methods for jewelry manufacturing based on the needs of the market.
