  • 摘要: 云时代的来临、逐渐完善的社会信征体系和中国人均首饰的低拥有量,以及首饰在日常佩戴时的低折旧率,使得珠宝租赁变为可能。通过对目标人群进行调研、分析,挖掘用户的需求,并构建服务于其的珠宝租赁平台。大数据的收集分析可以为用户匹配推荐最适合其的首饰,并提供完善、便捷的租赁服务。相较于昂贵的购买价格,十分便捷且价格亲民的租赁方式,使得人们的首饰佩戴需求得以满足。同时,也使得珠宝首饰的普及程度大幅度提高,款式更新速度加快,有利于增强市场活力,推动行业的创新和发展。即运用服务设计的思维方式,帮助珠宝行业进行服务转型。

     

    Abstract: The advent of the "Internet +" era, the gradual improvement of the social identity system and the low possession of China's per capita jewelry and the low depreciation rate of jewelry in everyday wear have made jewelry rental possible.Through investigating and analyzing the target population, we can tap the needs of users and build a jewelry rental platform to serve them. Collection and analysis of big data can recommend the most suitable jewelry for users, and provide a perfect and convenient rental services. Compared with the expensive purchase price, the convenient and price-friendly rental mode make people's demand for jewelry better meet. At the same time, it also makes jewelry popularization greatly improving, and the update speed of jewelry style accelerating, which contributes to enhance market vitality and promote innovation and development of the industry. That is to say, we should use the service design mode of thinking to help the jewelry industry to transform.
