一种山东昌乐蓝色蓝宝石的产地鉴定方法

Identification Method for Producing Area of Blue Sapphire from Changle, Shandong Province

  • 摘要: 不同产地的蓝色蓝宝石其主要化学成分相同,但由于产出地区的地球化学环境差异,使其在微量元素的种类和含量上存在一定差别。采用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱技术定量测量山东昌乐蓝色蓝宝石样品的微量元素含量与种类,与其他产地蓝色蓝宝石对比,结果发现,昌乐蓝色蓝宝石含有较高的Ga和V元素,与其他产地的蓝色蓝宝石含量范围无重叠,故推测高Ga和高V含量可以作为昌乐蓝色蓝宝石的微量元素特征之一,区别于其他产地的蓝色蓝宝石。

     

    Abstract: Blue sapphires from different origins have the same main chemical composition. However, due to the differences of geochemical environment in producing areas, the types and contents of trace elements contained in sapphire are different. The content and species of trace elements in blue sapphire from Changle, Shandong Province were quantitatively measured by laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS). Compared with blue sapphires from other producing areas, it is found that blue sapphires from Changle, Shandong Province contain higher Ga and V elements, and the content range of blue sapphires from other producing areas is quite different. Therefore, high Ga and V content can be used as the trace element characteristics of blue sapphire from Changle, Shandong Province, which is different from blue sapphires from other producing areas.
