宁波晶钻公司CVD合成钻石的宝石学特征及其与国外Ⅱa公司的对比研究

Gemmological Characteristic and Comparison of CVD Synthetic Diamond from Chinese Company and Foreign Company

  • 摘要: 近年来,国内CVD合成钻石迅速发展,生产技术水平日新月异。对宁波晶钻公司2017年生产的一批CVD合成钻石进行全面测试,并与市面上最常见的新加坡Ⅱa公司所生产的CVD合成钻石进行比较。结果表明: 宁波晶钻公司生产的CVD合成钻石的基本宝石学性质与天然钻石的相同;CVD合成钻石样品中存在黑色多晶质钻石包裹体,层纹结构等结构特征;光致发光光谱显示,CVD合成钻石存在737、637、575 nm的CVD特征吸收峰,Ⅱa公司生产的CVD合成钻石除几处主要的特征峰还有766、659、607 nm的特征峰,揭示了不同厂家在合成生长条件及工艺方面存在差异。此外,对于CVD合成钻石不同区域的微区测试,解明了N杂质掺入不成功和原料脱氢不完全是CVD合成钻石边缘及局部结晶度不佳的原因所在, 对于CVD合成钻石的溯源有一定的意义。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the production and technology of CVD synthetic diamonds in China have developed rapidly. In this paper, the gemmological characteristics of CVD synthesis diamonds produced by Ningbo Crysdirm Industrial Technology Co.Ltd in 2017 were researched, and were compared with the CVD diamonds from Ⅱa company in Singapore. The CVD synthetic diamonds produced by Ningbo Crysdirm has the same conventional gemmological properties as natural diamonds. There are black polycrystalline diamond inclusions and lamellar structure in CVD synthetic diamond samples. Photoluminescence spectra showed that there are characteristic absorption peaks at 737, 637 nm and 575 nm in CVD synthetic diamond samples. Besides the characteristic peaks, CVD synthetic diamond produced by Ⅱ a company has additional characteristic peaks at 766, 659, 607 nm. It was revealed that there are differences in the process conditions of different manufacturers, which is of certain significance for the source tracing of CVD synthetic diamonds.In addition, for the microzone test in different regions of CVD synthetic diamond, the poor N impurity incorporation and the incomplete dehydrogenation of raw materials are the reasons for the poor crystallinity of CVD synthetic diamonds.
